- Oversee daily quotation, renewal processes, and negotiations for major corporate accounts.

- Contribute to product development and market-facing activities.
skills & experiences required.
- University graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance distribution, with at least 5 years in a sales management capacity.
- Must hold IIQE Papers 1, 2 & 3.
- Proven experience in Employee Benefits, particularly dealing with brokers and agents, is highly advantageous.
- Background in HR or agent sales will also be considered.
- Deep understanding of product and distribution lifecycles within the insurance market.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, with excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
- A collaborative, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in Underwriting, Risk Management, or Product Management is a plus.
