Strategic Planning (50%): Lead and implement corporate business initiatives by embedding core values into long-term agency strategies.
Drive business excellence by tracking, analysing, and forecasting performance through sophisticated agency portfolios and dashboards.
Propose district-level challenges and formulate solutions by introducing KPI subject matter experts to support overall business growth.
Promote and integrate Digital Agency (TDA) and AI solutions to enhance efficiency across the agency force.
Agency Development (40%): Act as a key influencer and consultant for the agency force, consolidating feedback to provide high-level business advice.
Engage and align agency leaders with corporate directions, developing agents into premier advisors and future leaders.
Design and oversee capability enhancement programs and recruitment activity management to expand the agency footprint.
Business Quality (10%): Oversee professionalism in sales behaviours and ensure strict adherence to risk management and compliance standards.
skills & experiences required.
University degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or Economics.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in agency development or business distribution within the insurance industry.
Proven track record in managing or influencing sales teams at a senior level.
Strong competency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential for stakeholder management.
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive presentations.
Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and people management skills.
