You will join a top-tier litigation support team collaborating closely with leading dispute resolution partners, solicitors, and barristers.

Prepare court documents, affirmations, pleadings, and legal correspondence across all levels of Hong Kong court and tribunal proceedings.
Assemble, paginate, and organize complex court and trial bundles, ensuring strict compliance with procedural directions and Court Practice Directions.
Conduct comprehensive public and statutory searches, including Companies Registry, Business Registration Office, Land Registry, and litigation search databases.
Manage the physical and electronic filing and service of court documents.
Coordinate logistics with court clerks, bailiffs, process servers, and barristers' chambers for hearings, trials, and urgent applications.
Provide seamless administrative support to litigation lawyers on court-related matters, managing document lifecycles and ad-hoc task assignments as required.
skills & experience required.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Clerk within a reputable law firm in Hong Kong; experience within a top-tier or international law firm is strongly preferred.
Diploma in Legal Studies, Legal Executive qualification, or equivalent legal qualification is highly advantageous.
Thorough, practical knowledge of Hong Kong litigation practices, Civil Procedure Rules (RHC), court mechanics, and filing protocols.
Proven proficiency in operating electronic court filing platforms.
Strong command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and fast, accurate English and Chinese word processing.
Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative team attitude.
