Our client is a rapidly expanding global digital assets ecosystem, who is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel. The role involves managing ongoing licensing and financial regulatory matters globally, as well as addressing and mitigating regulatory risks within the organization.
about the job.
- Handle ongoing licensing and financial regulatory matters across various global jurisdictions
- Address regulatory risk within the company and implement measures to mitigate and reduce such risk
- Assist with the legal team's efforts in regulatory and licensing, including advising on crypto/financial licensing and product launches
skills & experiences required.
- Qualified lawyer with 3-9 years of financial regulatory experience, gained from a reputable global law firm and in-house, junior candidates will be considered as legal counsel
- Experience and knowledge in financial regulatory is a must, candidates from regulators are preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
