- Draft and review a comprehensive range of contracts and legal documents pertaining to different kinds of insurance products.
- Provide expert advice on legal and practical matters concerning Insurance Authority and other regulators
- Ensure and demonstrate strict adherence to all relevant internal policies, external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to the company's business conduct.
skills & experiences required.
- A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4-8 years PQE gained from a reputable law firm or the insurance industry.
- Possesses a strong legal and compliance background with significant experience in the insurance sector and familiarity with diverse insurance products.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
