Provide IT deskside support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, audio devices, and other hardware.
Manage user accounts in O365 and mobile devices, etc.
Collaborate with the rest of the IT team to resolve technical problems and escalate issues when necessary.
Set up new workstations and assist with software installations for existing/new employees.
Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions.
Address urgent IT requests from VIP users to ensure minimal disruption.

skills & experiences required.

Associate degree or above in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
Proficient in spoken and written English; and currently an existing Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must. Proficient at Cantonese speaking would be advantageous.
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support or relevant roles.
Good understanding of infrastructure support and relevant technogies including but not limited to O365, Active Directory, Window OS, Intune,Network, VPN, Server, Video/Audio etc..
Prior experience in using a ticketing system for managing and solving IT support requests.
Good understanding of hardware (such as laptops and mobile devices) and software installation via MECM/SCCM.
Good communication skills and manner, as well as good problem-solving skills.
Open-minded and willing to learn and pick up new technologies if needed
