about the job.We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Officer to manage the full spectrum of HR functions on behalf of our client. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, final payments, MPF administration, leave management, and C&B functions.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in and coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, to attract suitable talent.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Support employee relations initiatives, coordinate staff training programs, and manage staff movement processes.
- Reporting & Projects: Prepare regular HR reports for management and contribute to various ad-hoc HR projects as required.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an HR generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislation.
- High level of integrity, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Candidates with more extensive experience (e.g., 5+ years) and demonstrated capabilities will be considered for the Assistant Human Resources Manager role.
