We are supporting a confidential search for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a well-established organization with a vibrant and people-focused culture. This is a Hong Kong-based role with exposure to corporate office functions, suited for an HR leader who’s passionate about strategic business partnering, talent development, and change enablement.

- Partner with leadership teams to align people strategies with business priorities
- Lead and support initiatives around performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration in areas like talent acquisition, reward, and workforce planning
- Champion HR projects and bring insights through data-driven reporting and dashboards
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
skills & experiences required.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with solid exposure to HRBP or generalist roles
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Background supporting office-based teams (e.g. corporate functions) is a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Immediate or short notice availability would be an advantage
