Our client is a rapidly growing, global technology-driven company with a strong presence in Asia and worldwide. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior HR Business Partner to support their regional technology organisation.
This is a strategic HR role where you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and global HR teams to drive people initiatives that support innovation, growth, and organisational effectiveness.

- Act as a strategic business partner to regional technology leadership
- Lead core HR initiatives including talent planning, performance management, organisation design, and employee engagement
- Provide coaching and advisory support to managers on leadership, team development, and employee relations
- Partner with global HR teams on compensation cycles, talent reviews, and workforce planning
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regional HR best practices
- Use data and insights to identify trends and inform people strategy
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a regional HRBP or talent partner role
- Previous experience supporting technology or engineering teams is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Trilingual fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required
- Additional Asian language skills (e.g. Japanese, Korean, Bahasa) are a plus
- Hands-on, data-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset
