- You will lead and inspire a dedicated Finance and Procurement Division characterised by collaboration and professionalism. The team focuses on maintaining robust financial controls, driving system enhancements, and executing strategic procurement plans to support the organisation's long-term growth and research objectives.

- Lead and manage the Finance and Procurement Division, maintaining end-to-end oversight of all corporate accounting, financial strategies, and procurement matters.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies, annual plans, and comprehensive budgetary control measures.
- Review and continuously enhance financial management systems, corporate policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to maximize efficiency.
- Support the Committee's work by preparing and presenting detailed financial reports, forecasts, and institutional budgets.
- Oversee the procurement of goods and services in strict accordance with approved policies, and serve actively on Tender Assessment Panels.
- Draw up and review the annual procurement plan to facilitate the timely and compliant delivery of required services and goods.
- Provide high-level financial insights to support management decision-making processes and collaborate widely across the organization.
skills & experiences required.
- A university degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related commercial discipline.
- Minimum o12 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance roles within sizable organisations or public bodies.
- Atleast 4 years of experience in a supervisory capacity, with a proven ability to lead and mentor divisional teams.
- Active and qualified membership of HKICPA, ACCA, or an equivalent recognized professional accounting body.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in corporate financial management, complex procurement frameworks, and serving on tender panels.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse committee members and external partners.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
