Our client is a HK listed firm with a significant presence in the market. With a substantial finance department, they are dedicated to operational excellence and strategic financial management. They are looking for a seasoned profession with solid experience in finance transformation to lead their Share Service Centre finance reporting team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 8 finance professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Drive the preparation of consolidated financial statements, investor reports, and other key financial documents.
• Implement and refine internal controls and processes to enhance efficiency and integrity within the finance team.
• Champion process improvements and the integration of new technologies to optimize finance functions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or business related
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA) or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant roles with sizable firms, preferably in a listed company with leadership experience, SSC experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Candidates with finance transformation or change management experience is preferred
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with major ERP systems and financial reporting software.
• Good commands in English and Chinese
