Manage all financial operations, including strategic financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Oversee comprehensive accounting functions and develop policies to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
Lead the optimisation of financial systems and processes, including spearheading ERP initiatives to improve data integrity and efficiency.
Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership on matters such as taxation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Improve cross-departmental work-flows to boost productivity and reduce operational costs.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree holder with CPA or equivalent qualifications
Minimum 10 years working experience, preferably from both Audit and Commercial organisations
Exposure to the publishing industry will be an advantage
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Innate leadership and coaching ability
