As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, renewing, and growing accounts after they have been transitioned from the Net New logo team. Your main goal is to expand your client relationships and encourage them to develop their maximum potential.
- Own, manage and grow your account to improve customer retention and drive account expansion.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within your accounts.
- Monitor customer usage patterns to inform your renewal and product expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with Renewals and Customer Success teams to ensure account retention, negotiate pricing, and boost engagement.
- Build strong client relationships, serving as the chief point of contact for your clients and fostering strong relationships.
- Use proactive sales strategies to handle competitive threats during the renewal process.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree holder in related field
- A minimum of 5 years of account management experience is essential, with demonstrated expertise in account management, growth, and renewals, ideally within the software or SaaS sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with a focus on enhancing customer retention and growth.
- Proactive and performance-oriented - committed to achieving both growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Communicate trilingually in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English to work with clients in the Greater China region.
