about the job.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data processing pipelines and end-to-end ETL/ELT workflows.
• Build and optimize scalable data systems capable of processing and interpreting massive datasets with high speed, security, and structural integrity.
• Create and optimize the corporate data platform to ensure high-performance data storage and management.
• Act as a technical bridge between business units and IT, translating complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Assist in generating advanced data visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making across different business units..

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing data infrastructure using relevant tools (such as Kafka, Hadoop or Spark) in large-scale environments.
• Proven track record in ETL, data migration and building complex integration layers between legacy applications and centralized cloud/on-prem environments.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and SSIS; experience with modern orchestration tools is a plus.
• Strong grasp of data lake infrastructure concepts, principles, and modern implementation approaches.
• Good understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficient in spoken English; and is currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
