Build reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to communicate insights effectively.
Query and manage datasets using SQL or other querying languages. Contribute to data modeling and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
Clean, transform, and integrate datasets from multiple sources to maintain high-quality data for analysis.
Work with business stakeholders, including department leaders and IT teams, to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Create clear and impactful presentations to share insights with non-technical audiences, supporting strategic decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or a related role.
Experience in insurance or financial services is required.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong skills in SQL or other querying languages for data manipulation.
Experience with Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis or scripting.
Familiarity with statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques.
Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and curious mindset.
Ability to maintain high standards in data analysis and reporting.
Effective communication skills to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive and eager to explore innovative approaches to data challenges.
