... - Collaborate closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to drive consulting capability and business development from pre-sales strategy, solution presentation to project execution, fostering strong client relationships for enterprise clients.
- Represent the team as the client-facing technical authority in meetings, calls, or public events, building robust client relationships to deeply understand needs and deliver innovative Cloud Solutions and execution plans (such as cloud landing zone architecture, migration, and further operations/upgrades).
- Contribute to maintaining processes and deliverables to consistently meet agreed business expectations and standards.
- Share industry best practices and deep domain knowledge within the team, business partners, and resellers.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience combining both technical consulting/pre-sales and solution design, with a technical background in areas such as cloud technologies, network infrastructure, storage, and backup solutions etc..
- Proven ability to design and define technical blueprints and architectural roadmaps for large-scale, complex cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical governance standards.
- A strong proven track record of pre-sales and solution design for medium to large-scale projects for enterprise clients from the most common clients in the current market, such as system integrators, government entities, cryptocurrency firms, retailers, and hospitality businesses etc..
- A strong understanding of cloud architectural design for at least one major public cloud solution such as Azure, AWS, Alicloud, GCP, etc.
- Proficient in speaking both Chinese and English is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience in client-facing and stakeholder management, including engaging with C-Suite executives.
- Demonstrated consulting skills encompassing strategy development, business case articulation, service/process design, and organizational change techniques.
- Excellent communication, influencing, planning, and organizing skills.
