- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and diligent performance tracking to meet business goals.
- Collaborate extensively with regional and global teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Channel Partners, Sales Operations) to drive execution excellence.
- Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key accounts, government stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and partners to enhance market penetration.
- Ensure successful participation in critical public tenders and strategic procurement initiatives.
- Act as a visible, values-driven leader and brand ambassador for the company, both internally and externally.
- Uphold absolute compliance with the group's code of conduct, policies, and all applicable local and international regulations (e.g., FCPA).
Education background in the life sciences field
7+ years of experience in the life sciences or medical industry
Proven success leading teams, managing partners, and executing commercial strategies in complex markets.
- Strong, motivating leadership presence capable of inspiring diverse, multicultural teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and strong analytical skills.
- Skilled in key business areas: stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and navigating public and private healthcare systems.
- Experienced in matrix organizations.
- Required Languages: Fluency in Cantonese and English.
- Preferred: Additional language skills and experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L).
