Our client is a premier and international event operator and they are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager - Partnership to join their team.

This is a new headcount due to business expansion. You will join a results-driven team within the high-profile MICE and events sector.

• Drive market analysis to develop and support premium corporate hospitality packages and act as the primary contact for high-level service delivery.

• Support the creation and execution of long-term sponsorship opportunities, including partner research and coordinating legal/marketing documentation.

• Manage the implementation of sales strategies for sellable digital and physical inventory spaces, overseeing order placement and optimization of revenue-generating assets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and major corporate sponsors/Coordinate internal operational teams to ensure the flawless execution of all client campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree holder or above

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales, marketing, or business development experience.

• Experience in the MICE, large-scale events, or corporate sponsorship industries

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua

• Ability to build effective working relationships and to influence, persuade, and engage stakeholders

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skill

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Director position.
