They are currently seeking a meticulous Associate or Senior Associate to join their Trade Finance Operations team in Hong Kong.

You will work under the guidance of the Head of Operations, benefiting from a structured environment that values technical expertise and proactive problem-solving.

Handle documentation checking and processing in relation to import collection, loans, and L/C issuance, including SBLC.
Manage enquiries from both external customers and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction flows.
Ensure all processes adhere to internal banking policies and external regulatory requirements.
Perform other ad hoc duties as directed by the Head of Operations to support the wider department's goals.

skills & experiences required.

Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree holder is preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant bills operations management experience within the banking industry.
In-depth knowledge of UCP600, ISBP, and AML related regulations is essential.
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
Proficient in MS Office and Excel applications with efficient typing speed in both English and Chinese.
Proven ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Associate level.
