You will design, build, and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions to solve key business challenges. The Lead Engineer will also guide a team of AI engineers to achieve these goals.
about the job.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop innovative AI solutions using technologies like RAG, AI agents, and custom workflows.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) to bring AI applications from the prototype stage to full production deployment.
- Develop and integrate services with internal and external APIs to power AI applications.
- Work within a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, and Product Owners to support a continuous delivery environment.
- The Lead Engineer will additionally mentor the team, promote new technologies across the firm, and translate complex business problems into feasible technical solutions.
- Mandatory experience in delivering RAG applications or other sophisticated AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), with relevant certifications being highly valued.
- Knowledge of AI orchestration tools (Langchain, LlamaIndex), Vector DBs, and LLMs (OpenAI, Deepseek).
- Proficiency with infrastructure and CI/CD tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git.
- For the Senior Engineer role, a proven ability to lead and mentor a team is mandatory.
