As a SOC Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tier 1 engineering team to ensure top-tier security monitoring for corporate clients. Your core responsibilities include:
Team Leadership & Scheduling: Supervise, mentor, and manage shift schedules for Tier 1 SOC engineers to guarantee seamless, 24/7 service coverage.
Incident Management & SLA Compliance: Oversee the initial triage process, ensuring security alerts are meticulously investigated, documented, and escalated according to contracted SLAs.
Process Optimization: Own and continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), response runbooks, and escalation matrices to streamline operations.
Technical Mentorship & Quality Control: Act as the primary escalation point for complex threats, audit incident tickets for quality, and provide hands-on coaching on threat investigation techniques.
Continuous Improvement: Drive automation initiatives to minimize alert fatigue, lead post-incident reviews (PIRs), and collaborate with Tier 2/3 teams to update detection rules.
Performance Tracking: Conduct regular evaluations, identify training gaps, and handle ad-hoc security projects as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Credentials: Professional information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, or GIAC) are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with a comprehensive understanding of diverse infrastructure and security operations.
Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in networking, cloud environments, operating systems, databases, and basic programming. Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools is essential.
Frameworks: Knowledge of service quality standards (ISO, ITIL, Six Sigma) and project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK).
Communication: Strong presentation skills with fluency in English and Putonghua.
Flexibility: Willingness to work on a shift-duty basis to support 24/7 operations.
