• Provide day-to-day functional and business application support to SAP Business ByDesign and SAP Concur users, resolving incidents and coordinating swift issue resolution.
• Analyze user queries and incidents, conduct root cause analysis, manage service backlogs, and act as a local escalation point for major service disruptions.
• Gather business requirements, prepare system change requests, and coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews with stakeholders.
• Accountable for deploying and monitoring all IT General Controls for security, maintaining audit evidence in line with SAP control requirements.
• Support business users across key SAP ByD modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, and Sales.
• Guide business stakeholders on ERP standards, procedures, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the overall service experience.

• Solid functional support experience in SAP Business ByDesign or a similar cloud SAP ERP environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Concur or similar enterprise expense management platforms.
• Mandatory experience in audit, compliance, ITGC controls, and SAP access-control activities.
• Proven track record in gathering business requirements, managing change requests, and executing UAT testing.
• Knowledge or experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) integrations is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
