As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating our market penetration and managing business development activities within the construction and industrial sectors. You will lead client acquisition efforts, promote our specialized equipment portfolios, and secure high-value leasing and technical service contracts.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Business Development: Actively identify, pursue, and secure commercial opportunities across infrastructure, civil engineering, and construction projects in the region.
Product & Solution Promotion: Pitch and position the company’s core equipment lines (Aerial Work Platforms, Neo-Scaffolding, and Neo-Shoring Systems) to contractors, developers, and engineers.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain deep, long-term strategic partnerships with industry decision-makers, ensuring our service models align with their project lifecycles.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Oversee commercial negotiations, lease agreements, and technical service contract bids to ensure corporate profitability and client satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with internal engineering, asset management, and operations teams to guarantee seamless "product + service" delivery.
Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming public/private project pipelines to provide actionable insights for sales forecasting.
skills & experiences required.
A minimum of 4 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within the construction, engineering, or equipment leasing sectors.
Deep product familiarity or strong baseline knowledge in scaffolding systems, shoring systems, formwork, or heavy machinery sales/rental is highly preferred.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding corporate sales targets.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and high-stakes presentation skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
