- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the global industrial and raw materials sectors.
- Develop competitive logistics solutions with a focus on CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms.
- Manage strategic supply chain partners to ensure smooth execution across international maritime routes.
- Monitor service standards and lead times, working with operations to resolve any logistical issues.
- Ensure all specialized services meet strict safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide market intelligence and sales reports to senior management on a regular basis.

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) or Freight Forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, specifically CIF, including maritime insurance and freight cost structures.
- Experience in Bulk Cargo, Industrial Projects, or Global Trade is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with large-scale corporate traders.
- More experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior Sales Manager title.
