About the Team
You will join a high-performing, collaborative regional team focused on the Hong Kong Corporate sector. This team sits at the intersection of finance and technology, working directly with C-suite executives and Corporate Development leaders. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and rewards proactive hunters who understand the nuances of the local M&A landscape.
The Role
As a Sales Manager (Corporate), you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding the firm's footprint within major corporate accounts in Hong Kong. Your core mission is to position secure SaaS solutions as mission-critical tools for M&A and corporate strategy.

Relationship Leadership: Identify and cultivate C-level and VP-level relationships within Corporate Development teams and key deal-makers.
Strategic Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and account plans, leveraging market data to segment accounts and prioritise high-value opportunities.
Solution Selling: Utilise advanced solution-selling techniques to navigate complex sales cycles, from initial discovery and value proposition to expert contract negotiation.
Market Insight: Proactively research M&A trends and industry shifts to provide value-added insights that align with the client’s deal-making objectives.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outbound activity, virtual and face-to-face meetings, and diligent CRM management (Salesforce).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead internal teams, including Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for the client.
Performance: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to sales activity, meeting volume, and revenue quotas.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate is a sophisticated SaaS sales professional who thrives in a fast paced, high-velocity environment.
SaaS Expertise: Minimum 3–8 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas within the SaaS industry.
Sales Pedigree: Formally trained in Solution Selling or similar value-based sales methodologies.
Business Acumen: Ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, high-level technical demonstrations, and complex negotiations.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the M&A process and tools like LinkedIn or Mergermarket is highly advantageous.
Soft Skills: A positive, "hunter" mindset with the flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing corporate environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English, whilst Cantonese or Mandarin is essential for the Hong Kong market.
