About the Client:
Our client is a leading global dermatology company with a strong product portfolio and fast-growing business. With its team expansion, they would like to invite a high calibre individual to join their professional teams as a sale manager.
About the Role:
- Lead and guide a team of field force medical sales.
- Develop and implement territory business plans and KOL engagement strategies to achieve sustainable sales growth and meet business objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of new product launch plans. Assist in pre-launch activities such as territory readiness, customer segmentation and engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities, gather market intelligence, and perform competitor analysis.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals (HCPs) with clear objectives and deliver key product messages.
- Review sales performance and provide accurate forecasting; identify challenges and support the sales team in daily operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, HCPs, and business partners to ensure long-term growth.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a science-related discipline
- Experience in dermatology/ skincare or immunology-biologics portfolio is highly advantageous
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- People management experience and overseeing profit & loss of products
- Results-driven with strong planning, analytical, and reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; proven experience in KOL management
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with solid supervisory and leadership experience may be considered for the Senior Sales Manager position
