We are partnering with property developer with mass portfolio in Asia Pacific. They are seeking for Sales Manager, Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategy, managing key accounts, and achieving aggressive sales targets across the region business landscape. about the job.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy specifically tailored for APAC market, including target identification, channel management (direct and partner sales), and pricing strategies.
- Own and exceed the sales quota for the region. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major clients and strategic partners, ensuring high client satisfaction and recurring business.
- Conduct continuous market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, product needs, and emerging trends to inform regional strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure all sales collateral, messaging, and product features are appropriately localized and culturally sensitive for the Japanese audience.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and detailed performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Ensure all sales activities and contracts adhere to regulatory requirements.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in hotel industry/ property sales experience
- Track records in Asia pacific/ oversea market such as UK / Thailand / NZ/ Japan
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Good Command in Chinese, English, Mandarin
