Drive the sales of a premium portfolio of reagent to academic institutions, research laboratories, and biotech companies.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring they remain supported by the market’s top-tier biological solutions.
Identify and qualify new leads within the research community, conducting professional presentations and product demonstrations.
Act as a bridge between the lab and the commercial team, providing technical insights to researchers to help them select the right reagents for their specific applications.
Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, tender submissions, and post-sales follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales.
Fresh graduates or junior professionals with a "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to transition into a commercial career are also welcomed
A self-starter who is highly motivated and enjoys building professional networks within the scientific community.
Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential; the ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a clear, persuasive manner.
Outgoing personality, resilient, and eager to learn the technical intricacies of the Life Sciences market.
