About the Team.
You will be joining a lean, high-energy sales and technical team based locally in Hong Kong. This is a collaborative environment where agility and expertise drive success. Our client works closely together, leveraging their collective knowledge to understand and overcome the unique Cyber Security challenges faced by a range of Enterprise clientele within the highly critical Hong Kong market. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Director will be instrumental in driving market penetration and revenue growth within strategic Hong Kong accounts. Key responsibilities include:
Pioneering and executing strategic growth initiatives to consistently surpass predefined revenue and performance benchmarks.
Cultivating and stewarding enduring, executive-level partnerships across high-value client organisations.
Spearheading the expansion of our indirect sales ecosystem by recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing channel partners in priority markets.
Orchestrating complex commercial agreements and final contract closures to secure profitable long-term business.
Serving as a crucial conduit between the field and executive leadership, providing market insights that directly influence future product evolution and regional go-to-market execution.
Qualifications
A proven sales professional with the following profile:
Demonstrated proficiency (4+ years) in managing strategic/key accounts within the security technology sector, evidenced by a successful track record of securing and expanding major accounts.
Proven capacity to lead and synchronise sophisticated sales campaigns, including the effective deployment and coordination of internal resources.
Exceptional relationship-building acumen and the ability to command influence and respect among decision-makers at all tiers of an organisation.
Superior analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, paired with a highly tenacious and results-driven work ethic.
A documented history of maintaining high performance and sustained motivation while navigating demanding, fast-paced commercial environments.
Foundational expertise or prior working experience in the cyber defence domain or closely related technological fields.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a talent for persuasive client engagement and presentation.
An inherent capacity for self-governance and autonomous operation, maintaining an unwavering focus on achieving business outcomes.
Consistent history of achieving or exceeding demanding sales quotas and significantly contributing to organisational expansion.
