- Proven Sales Leadership: 5+ years managing sales teams with a strong track record of exceeding goals.
- Results-Oriented with Strong Leadership Skills: Highly driven to achieve outcomes, with excellent coaching and team development abilities.
- Exceptional Sales Acumen & Resilience: Outstanding listening and sales skills, coupled with high energy and persistence.
- Organized & Process-Driven: Strong planning abilities with a commitment to efficient processes.
- Tech Proficient & Multilingual: Experienced with CRM and standard office software; fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus).
- Advantageous Experience: Background in high-volume, high-velocity sales environments is a significant plus.
