As the Private Equity Fund Investment Manager, you will be responsible in assisting to open discretionary accounts for both private equity funds (PEs) and other professional investors (PIs), KYC, and prepare account documents. Help to management the accounts, prepare valuation, portfolios management and client reports. Ensure the investment procedure comply with regulated requirements. Besides, you are also expected to conduct in-depth research on selected topics as assigned, deal execution and structuring, balance portfolios’ positions, and performing analysis for prospective investment opportunities. You should be able to fully utilize financial modelling and valuation techniques (including but not limited to DCF, LBO and relative valuation methods) to evaluate all assets under management from a top-down approach and present corresponding study regarding competitors and the industry. skills & experiences required. Your previous experience in Private Equity fund management (raising, investing, managing and exiting) will help you succeed in this role, 2 – 7 years of relevant experience is required.
