Our client, a world-renowned luxury fashion house and a global leader in sophisticated style, is seeking a dynamic and inspiring In-Store Performance Coach to join their Greater China Region (GCR) team.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a professional who is passionate about luxury retail and talent development. You will be the key driver for elevating in-store performance, splitting your time between active coaching on the shop floor and contributing to strategic retail capability projects. Reporting to the GCR Head of Learning & Development , you will be instrumental in building sales, styling, and clienteling capabilities across the store network.

- Deliver high-impact, in-store coaching (both one-on-one and group) to enhance selling skills, styling expertise, product knowledge, and clienteling.
- Partner closely with Store Managers to build a strong, sustainable coaching culture and follow up on performance to improve key KPIs and service.
- Facilitate engaging in-house, face-to-face training sessions based on global and local retail initiatives.
- Identify learning needs and help curate tailor-made training plans in partnership with retail leaders.
- Provide structured feedback to Area Managers and the Head of Retail on team performance and ongoing learning needs.
- Track the quality and impact of all retail training initiatives in partnership with the retail management team.
skills & experiences required.
- Proven experience in the luxury fashion industry is essential.
- Direct experience as a field coach is highly preferred.
- Candidates with a strong background in luxury store management or as a dedicated in-store trainer are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional skills in training delivery, facilitation, and coaching on luxury selling techniques and customer service.
- Full fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is mandatory.
- A hands-on, energetic, inspiring, and collaborative self-starter who can work independently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with eLearning platforms.
