Handle customer instructions like audit and bank confirmations.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate payment/remittance operations and cheque clearing.
Bachelor’s degree with applicable work experience.
Proficient communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Sound knowledge in remittance business including usage in SWIFT and CHATS System
