- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic regional sales plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their individual and team targets. Foster a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including merchandising, product development, and production, to ensure a seamless and efficient service for our clients.

... - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the textile or apparel manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the APAC region.
- In-depth knowledge of textile and apparel production processes, materials, and industry trends.
- Established network of contacts with major apparel brands, retailers, and sourcing agents in the APAC region is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the APAC region.
