About the Team
You will lead a high-performing regional team, managing market-level Supply Chain leads across several key APAC territories. The team is currently focused on enhancing its technical capabilities, moving from traditional logistics toward advanced predictive analytics. You will serve as the strategic bridge between operational execution and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional demand consensus and budgetary alignment across all retail and wholesale channels.
Standardize E2E inventory flows from regional distribution hubs to point-of-sale, ensuring agility across both mature and emerging markets.
Optimize high-complexity assortment planning, ensuring exclusive product allocations are balanced against regional demand to maximize full-price sell-through.
Navigate cross-border regulatory landscapes and trade compliance to ensure a seamless regional supply chain.
Facilitate the S&OP process to ensure total alignment between commercial forecasts and supply constraints.
Spearhead the transition toward automated reporting and predictive analytics within the regional operations team.
Collaborate with Regional Merchandising on assortment strategy deployment and boutique replenishment optimization.
Skills & Experience Required:
Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with a proven track record in a Regional leadership role within the prestige or luxury retail sector.
Expertise in managing complex SKU environments (e.g., accessories, jewellery, specialty retail) with deep understanding of Customs and trade compliance across the APAC region.
Experience with advanced Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and a vision for digitizing traditional workflows.
Excellent command of English; proficiency in an additional regional language (e.g., Mandarin) is highly valued for stakeholder management.
