With a prestigious regional footprint and consistent year-on-year growth, our client is looking for a high-calibre executive to spearhead their Hong Kong operations and drive strategic regional alignment.about the job.Reporting directly to the Regional Head, you will serve as the strategic anchor for the Hong Kong office, overseeing an elite workforce of 400+ staffs. Your primary objective is to ensure operational excellence while delivering sustainable commercial success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- P&L Ownership: Full accountability for the regional profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Strategic Growth: Designing and executing go-to-market strategies, focusing on key account expansion, upselling, and identifying untapped market opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Streamlining internal processes to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient solutions to prestigious clients.
- Leadership & Culture: Driving people development initiatives, mentoring future leaders, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Regional Alignment: Collaborating with Asia HQ to ensure seamless group compliance and policy integration.

To be successful in this high-impact role, you should possess a blend of commercial acumen and sophisticated leadership skills:
- A minimum of 15 years in senior leadership within reputable, sizable B2B business solutions or mission-critical technology sectors.
- Post-Merger Expertise: A proven track record of managing business transitions or post-merger integrations smoothly and effectively.
- Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to drive organic and lateral business growth through strategic sales leadership.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A "can-do" attitude with the agility to navigate a fast-paced, evolving market.
- Business fluency in English, any Asian language including Cantonese/ Mandarin would be preferred but not a must
