Responsible in developing and executing key account strategies for allocated key accounts to drive account and business growth
Oversee daily coordination between customers and operations groups, including network planning and scheduling to ensure timely deliver on solution .
Collaborate with global commercial teams and internal business units to meet customer requirements and deliver value-added initiatives.
Develop and grow existing and new client relationships to ensure repeated business and high customer experience satisfaction
Drive customer-focused programs and coordinate new customer operational start-ups.
Conduct in-depth analysis to understand clients to ensure Clients' needs are bridge with tailored solutions
Generate data-driven reports to support operational needs and prepare high-level briefings for regional leadership
Ensure all activities comply with corporate policies and international aviation regulations.

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in related discipline
Minimum 6 years in key account management, sales or business development within the aviation sector with regional exposure
Strong knowledge in freighter operations, cargo phases, and scheduled services
Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving skills, detail-minded
Self-driven team player capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
