This is a high-impact role designed for a "Player-Coach" who can transition seamlessly from regional strategy to hands-on operational execution. You will consolidate the HR function under a single regional umbrella, ensuring consistency across all local markets.
Strategic Transformation: Modernize a traditional HR environment by introducing efficient workflows and a unified regional vision.
Full-Spectrum HR Oversight: Lead the regional function across the employee lifecycle, including high-level C&B strategy, talent acquisition, and office administration.
Complex Employee Relations: Act as the final point of escalation for regional labor issues, organizational changes, and performance management.
Regional Compliance: Ensure all business units across Greater China and Southeast Asia are aligned with local labor laws and corporate standards.
Leadership Partnering: Work closely with the CEO on organizational design and regional growth initiatives, including occasional travel for regional summits.
skills & experiences required.
Professional Background: 12+ years of HR experience, with a solid track record in a regional lead role. Experience in B2B Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Retail is highly advantageous.
Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of labor practices across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia; experience managing multi-site payroll operations is preferred.
Communication: Exceptional command of English and Mandarin is essential to interface with the global board and regional offices.
Attributes: A high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, on-site office environment. You must be comfortable with a traditional corporate structure while possessing the vision to drive change.
Problem Solver: Proven ability to handle sensitive disciplinary matters and organizational restructuring with professionalism.
