Regional Finance Manager - Reporting
This is a pivotal role for a technically-strong finance leader to oversee regional reporting and treasury functions for a premier multinational corporation. Based in Hong Kong, you will serve as the central point for financial reporting across APAC Greater China region. The successful candidate will ensure reporting integrity and manage regional liquidity, leveraging their CPA credentials and HKFRS/IFRS expertise to support the group's regional expansion.

Oversee the month-end closing and financial reporting process within the Greater China / APAC region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage regional consolidation of financial statements in accordance with HKFRS/IFRS and group accounting policies.
Lead the treasury function, including monitoring regional cash flow, managing liquidity, and overseeing bank relationship management.
Coordinate cross-border fund transfers and ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations within Mainland China.
Review and enhance internal controls and financial reporting workflows to ensure regional data integrity.
Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants across different jurisdictions to manage regional compliance and statutory filings.
Provide technical accounting advice to local finance teams to standardise reporting practices across the region.
skills & experience required.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant financial experience, with a heavy focus on regional reporting or consolidation.
A recognised professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
Solid experience in treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and cross-border fund movements.
In-depth knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS; familiarity with PRC GAAP is a significant advantage.
Full fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with regional stakeholders.
Proficiency in large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and consolidation software (e.g., Hyperion, HFM).
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and technical accuracy.
