Our client is a sizable real estate management and investment management firm, managing a diversified, commercially-minded. We are seeking a strategic Regional Finance Controller to lead the APAC finance team for a major institutional client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Account Director and principal point of contact for APAC client escalations.
• Provide clear, strategic financial direction and advice to management teams across local, regional, and global levels.
• Mentor and guide regional finance personnel, actively contributing to global objectives and setting local operational goals.
• Govern all regional finance activities for the account, ensuring compliance and accountability across all service lines.

Requirements:

• Degree in business, accounting and finance or equivalent
• Qualified CPA/ ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance or Accounting or related field
• Demonstrated experience in external stakeholder management and managing a geographically/culturally diverse, remote team.
• Possesses superior analytical, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal command of English is required.
