In this role, you will lead group-wide strategies to elevate the workplace experience, strengthen corporate employer branding, and turn workforce feedback into actionable business insights. You will serve as a key driver for inclusive workplace culture programs across various international business entities.

Employer Branding: Support and promote the company’s corporate identity and employer value proposition regionally to build market recognition.
Workplace Experience: Partner with regional HR teams to review and improve corporate onboarding programs and internal milestone journeys for staff.
Insights & Feedback: Manage the end-to-end employee climate and satisfaction survey processes, including data analysis, leadership presentations, and monitoring post-survey action plans.
Inclusion & Culture: Drive group-wide diversity and belonging initiatives, supporting internal staff networks to foster a collaborative corporate culture.
Data Support: Assist with workforce data governance and basic people analytics to provide leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations.
Strategic Projects: Support various ad-hoc group-level HR initiatives aligned with long-term organizational transformation.
key requirements.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of corporate HR experience, with a strong preference for individuals who have worked in regional, global, or group-level structures.
Technical Strengths: Direct experience executing HR projects related to talent attraction, corporate culture initiatives, and employer branding.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. Agile, resourceful, and capable of driving continuous improvement across decentralized teams.
Systems: Strong proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data visualization and presentation design tools is highly advantageous.
Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Languages: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Putonghua) is required.
