A global business with operations across Asia is looking for a driven and analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join its regional HR team. Based in Hong Kong, this role will take part in the design, delivery, and governance of total rewards programs that support business growth and employee satisfaction.
You’ll work alongside global and regional colleagues to ensure that pay and benefits practices are competitive, consistent, and compliant, while also contributing to data-driven decision-making around rewards and workforce planning.

- Contribute to the design and maintenance of salary frameworks, job structures, and pay ranges
- Conduct benchmarking analysis and participate in market surveys to support compensation reviews
- Assist in the execution of annual compensation cycles, including merit reviews and salary adjustments
- Support the rollout and administration of employee benefit programs across the region, including wellness and insurance initiatives
- Work closely with HR business partners and internal stakeholders to provide guidance on pay decisions and policy alignment
- Prepare and validate reports, metrics, and dashboards for senior HR and business leaders
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local laws and internal audit standards across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate with global teams on system enhancements and testing (e.g. Oracle or other HR platforms)
- Participate in regional or global projects related to executive compensation, policy harmonisation, or new benefit offerings
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards in a corporate or consulting environment
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data modelling)
- Familiarity with compensation review processes, salary surveys, or market analysis tools
- Experience working with HR systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, etc.) is a plus
- Solid communication skills and the ability to present data insights to non-HR stakeholders
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently across multiple time zones
- Previous exposure to engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is an advantage
