- Identify and engage top-tier IT professionals through market mapping and sourcing.
- Conduct face-to-face and video interviews to assess candidate suitability for global clients.
- Build a deep understanding of the HK Tech industry
- Support Senior Consultants in executing recruitment mandates for prestigious MNCs and listed companies.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from sourcing to successful placement.
skills & experience required.
- University Degree (any disciplines).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Native/Fluent Cantonese and English.
- A "Discipline mindset"with a desire to build a long-term career in professional services.
- Passion in business development, sales and networking
- Strong commercial acumen and the resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and a professional corporate presence.
