As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Hong Kong, you will be:
... - Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for both clients and candidates.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Consulting and providing market industry updates/knowledge to clients and candidates and and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Developing, maintaining, and identifying potential clients to grow your own portfolio.
- Utilizing networking, social media, and cold calling to build your candidate & client database.
- Analyzing client requirements & offering tailor-made solutions.
- Delivering high-quality recruitment consultancy and services to new and existing clients.
- Contract negotiation with clients. You'll learn recruitment by getting to know your candidates, selling the best match, and managing your talent pool by staying in regular contact with candidates.
- Conducting market mapping, and developing understanding and expertise within your line of service.
skills and experience.
- Degree holder in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales, Account Management, or Recruitment) is definetely an advantage; fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered.
- Results-oriented and target-driven, with strong sales acumen to achieving targets.
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin). Strong business development acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential.
- Agile and open-minded, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Flexible, resourceful, and possesses a positive, "can-do" attitude.
