As a Recruitment Consultant, you are a consultant in the truest sense. You are the bridge between world-class talent and world-class institutions.
Proactively identify and engage with key stakeholders within banks and investment firms to understand their hiring needs.
Headhunt and interview top-tier professionals within the Operations or Compliance space.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing clients and candidates with insights on salary benchmarks, regulatory shifts, and hiring trends.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial sourcing and briefing to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up.

We are looking for "producers"—individuals who are motivated by results and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
1–5 years of experience in Agency Recruitment (any discipline) OR 1–5 years of B2B Sales/Relationship Management experience within the Financial Services sector.
You are resilient, "hungry" for results, and possess a genuine curiosity about how the banking world functions.
Fluent English is essential; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred given our deep roots in the Hong Kong market.
You are a natural networker who enjoys building long-term relationships rather than just making "one-off" sales.
