Are you ambitious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about people and business? As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Hong Kong, you will:

• Receive industry-leading training and coaching to set you up for success
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both clients and candidates
• Develop and build a solid, up-to-date candidate database
• Deliver high-quality recruitment consultancy and services to clients
• Support your team to ensure efficiency and shared success
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
• Conduct market mapping and become an expert in your chosen specialisation

Who We’re Looking For

• University degree (any discipline)
• Ambitious, confident, and results-driven
• Experience in sales, client servicing, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
• Strong communication skills and business development acumen
• Able to work in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Flexible and positive work attitude is a must
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
