Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new and existing clients within the Financial Services sector to secure recruitment mandates.
Talent Sourcing: Leverage Randstad’s massive internal global database and advanced market-mapping techniques to identify top-tier Operations talent.
360 Management: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job qualification and candidate interviewing to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up.
Strategic Consulting: Act as a subject matter expert, providing market insights and salary benchmarking to both clients and candidates.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to revenue generation and business activity.
skills & experiences required.
Education: A university degree is required (all disciplines welcome).
Experience: We are actively hiring Fresh Graduates or Sales Professionals with 2–3 years of experience looking to pivot.
