... - Manage the front desk reception, providing a premium guest experience for high-net-worth clients and global stakeholders.
- Assist in internal engagement events on a weekly basis.
- Handle all incoming calls and general enquiries with professional telephone etiquette.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supply management.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting room bookings and calendar coordination.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense claims for the wider team as required.
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are maintained to a high corporate standard at all times.
- Support ad-hoc administrative projects to ensure the smooth running of the Hong Kong office.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Receptionist or Office Manager role.
- Previous experience within Banking and Financial Services (BFS) or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- The ability to speak and conduct business in Business Cantonese is essential for interacting with local stakeholders.
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional, polished corporate appearance.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to coordinate effectively with external partners.
