Our firm is seeking to fill two separate headcounts, allowing the successful candidates to choose the track that best aligns with their individual strengths:
Track 1: Receptionist (Legal Admin & Billing Focus)
Manage front desk operations, answer incoming telephone inquiries, and greet corporate visitors warmly.
Coordinate, track, and handle critical regulatory correspondence with the Law Society of Hong Kong.
Liaise directly with the firm’s external accountant to facilitate smooth financial administration.
Execute meticulous administrative billing data entry, generate official receipts, and track incoming office invoices.
Track 2: Receptionist (Client Experience Focus)
Deliver a premium, front-of-house welcome experience to international high-net-worth clients, visitors, and partners.
Oversee the main digital switchboard by screening, filtering, and directing incoming calls and messages efficiently.
Manage comprehensive incoming and outgoing mail distribution, courier logistics, and maintain a pristine reception area.
Provide agile, ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the wider legal team as requested.

Track 1 Requirements (Legal Admin & Billing Focus):
Previous administrative experience working in a law firm is strictly required.
Must be fluent in Cantonese (both written and spoken); conversational English proficiency is considered a distinct asset.
Demonstrated numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail for basic data entry and financial billing support tasks.
Track 2 Requirements (Client Experience Focus):
Previous experience in a receptionist, hospitality, or premium customer service role is preferred.
English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential to engage with international clientele.
Possess a friendly, approachable, and highly professional demeanour suitable for a premium corporate environment.
