- Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage meeting room bookings and maintain common areas in a presentable condition
- Coordinate courier services, incoming and outgoing mail
- Order office supplies and liaise with vendors/building management when required
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the office as needed
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a multinational or large corporate environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organised, detail-minded, and able to handle front desk duties independently
- Immediate availability is an advantage
